Tributes & Remembrance

Children, Grandchildren, Family & Friends

These moments are reserved for memories that show who Onyisi was in everyday life: her faith, humor, care, counsel, strength, and the way she made family feel loved.

In Her Memory

A Legacy of Life

Onyisi’s life was touched by the extraordinary gift of transplantation. In her memory, the family gives thanks for the gift of life she received.

We honor the donors and the families who said yes in the middle of their own sorrow, the living donors whose courage gave someone else another chance, and the recipients who carry that gift forward every day.

We also give thanks for the physicians, nurses, caregivers, researchers, and advocates whose skill and compassion extended her days and blessed our family.
